3. Submitting a Counter-Notice 

If you believe that content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. To be valid, your notice must include: 

  1. Your full name and contact information. 
  1. Identification of the material that was removed and where it previously appeared. 
  1. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification. 
  1. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or the court in our location) and agree to accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice. 
  1. Your physical or electronic signature. 

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action. 

4. Important Notice on False Claims 

Filing false DMCA claims is against the law and may result in legal consequences. Only submit notices for content you genuinely believe infringes your copyright.
